Lamborghini Is Building 99 Miura Tribute RevueltosLamborghiniThe Lamborghini origin story may start with tractors, but the highlight of the early years is the Miura. As the first in a long unbroken line of V-12 supercars, it served to establish both the brand as a major player and the identity of what a Lamborghini would be going forward. 2026 marks the 60th anniversary of the Miura's debut — so naturally, the brand is celebrating with a special edition of its modern successor. The new car (which was first rumored back in April) is called the Revuelto Miura 60° Homage, but this limited-run supercar is not nearly as different from its Revuelto origins as the Countach LPI 800-4 was from the closely-related Aventador. Instead, this particular run of Revueltos will follow the pattern set out by the 50th anniversary of the Miura's Aventador homage with a limited edition highlighted mostly by smaller design cues taken from its ancestor.LamborghiniLamborghini is showing off nine potential specs for the anniversary Revueltos, two of which are painted in two-tone tribute liveries. All nine designs boast an edition-specific badge along the sills and a unique gloss black logo on the back, and in the case of the black two-tone, gold accents are paired with striking gold wheels.AdvertisementAdvertisementWhile the company has not shown off the interior of the special edition in the photos released today, it claims that the seats feature a new interpretation of the classic seat design seen in the original Miura. Extended leather continues along the central transmission tunnel, door panels, and rear bulkhead ahead of the firewall.LamborghiniWhile only nine original Miura specs are being shown off on the collectible Revuelto today, Lamborghini says that it will work with owners of original Miuras in other colors to match their new hybrid supercar with their living legend. The release only specifies plans to match original colors, though, so those hoping for matching resprays on both cars may be disappointed.Lamborghini plans to build just 99 Miura 60° Homage-edition Revueltos. Buyers hoping to get a look at the new special edition can see the car debut at Lamborghini's lounge during Monterey Car Week, which is certainly a likely place for a prospective Miura-edition Revuelto owner to be.You Might Also LikeIf You Can Only Own One Car, Make It One of TheseThese Are the Most Popular Cars by State
