It has been just days since Lamborghini unveiled the Revuelto SV at Monterey Car Week, and now the Italian automaker seems to be working on a facelifted version of the Revuelto.The Revuelto was first unveiled in mid-2023 and launched in 2024, and now, just two years later, Lamborghini is reportedly testing the facelifted version already. According to a report by Autoblog, the camouflaged Lamborghini prototype appears to feature several exterior changes compared with the current model. Up front, the revised bumper seems to have a larger central intake, while the concealed headlights could hide some design updates.The familiar Y-shaped daytime running lights, however, remain visible. Along the side, a new air intake positioned above the quarter panel stands out as one of the biggest changes. At the rear, Lamborghini appears to have redesigned the exhaust surrounds and fitted a revised diffuser. The new diffuser has three strakes instead of the current four, suggesting that there could be changes to the car's underbody.AdvertisementAdvertisementLamborghini has yet to reveal when the updated car will shed its camouflage, but an immediate debut seems unlikely. Since the current model is only around two years old, the automaker may wait until closer to the next model-year cycle before unveiling the refreshed version. Calling it the "most powerful and fastest production Lamborghini ever built in Sant'Agata Bolognese," the brand made headlines after unveiling the Revuelto SV at Monterey Car Week.Motorbiscuit recently reported that the Revuelto SV features a mid-mounted naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine and two axial flux motors at the front that power all four wheels via an advanced all-wheel-drive system and a quick eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. In addition, a new 7.3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack helps deliver the additional power when compared to the standard Revuelto.Speaking of performance figures, the Revuelto SV boasts a combined power output of 1,050 hp (1,065 PS), which is 49 hp more than the standard Revuelto, and 1,425 Nm of torque. The hypercar goes from 0-62 mph in 2.4 seconds, while 124 mph arrives in just 6.7 seconds. Lamborghini claims it will reach speeds of over 214 mph (345 km/h) when driven flat out.AdvertisementAdvertisementVisual changes on the Revuelto SV mostly focus on enhanced aerodynamics, such as the addition of a front splitter, a rear wing, and a rear Gurney flap. The Revuelto SV gets a new sports exhaust system with a matte grey finish.The hypercar also features new cooling channels to cool those 16.5-inch front and 16.1-inch rear carbon-ceramic brake discs. A racing-inspired ventilation system and an "innovative 3D carbon structure" improve peak deceleration by 11%, while heat dissipation has improved by 23% over the standard Revuelto.Could the facelifted version receive some of the features of the Revuelto SV?
