Jeep announced two new concept cars based on the new Avenger. The custom builds feature Deus Ex Machina and Doctor Doom themes. The SUV arrives in Brazil with a different engine compared to Europe. The Jeep Avenger might be a forbidden fruit for North America, but European and South American buyers will soon have access to the updated version of the subcompact SUV. Stellantis is celebrating the market launch of the Avenger in Brazil with two modified show cars set to be unveiled at the Interlagos Festival 2026 in Sao Paulo. The most rugged concept was created in collaboration with lifestyle outfit brand Deus Ex-Machina, taking inspiration from off-road rallying. It looks wilder compared to the European 4xe trim and the 4xe North Face special edition. In addition, it gets a custom matte wrap with Deus Ex Machina graphics, fixed bucket seats, and what Stellantis calls a “heavily reinforced suspension setup”. There is no mention of any performance upgrades, so it likely retains the stock engine and FWD setup. The other build was created to promote Marvel Studios’ upcoming blockbuster film Avengers: Doomsday, which is scheduled to premiere on December 18. The Avengers-themed Avenger is inspired by comic book villain Doctor Doom, featuring a black and green wrap, matching alloy wheels, Doomsday lettering, and green-colored LEDs. The villainous treatment extends to the interior with bespoke seats, unique dashboard graphics, green ambient lighting, and several Mopar accessories. Jeep Avenger Concepts The production Jeep Avenger will soon reach Brazil looking identical to the facelifted European model that debuted earlier this year. However, instead of the turbo 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine of the European sibling, which comes in ICE and mild-hybrid forms, the Brazilian version has a different heart. The locally adapted turbo flex-fuel 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine with a tiny 12V mild hybrid system is sourced from the Fiat Pulse and Fastback, also used in the Brazilian versions of the Peugeot 208 and 2008. The mill produces 116 hp (85 kW / 118 PS) and is exclusively paired to a CVT gearbox with seven simulated gears sending power to the front wheels. More: Jeep’s Next Flagship SUV For Europe Comes From China, Not America The Brazilian lineup of the Jeep Avenger comprises the Altitude, Longitude, and Limited trims. The cabin gets a standard 10-inch infotainment display, while the flagship trim is equipped with matrix LED headlights, a 360-degree camera, and Level 2 ADAS. Unlike the European Jeep Avenger, which is manufactured at Stellantis’ Tychy plant in Poland, the South American version will be produced at the Porto Real plant in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The subcompact SUV will make its first public outing at the Interlagos Festival, held August 27-30 at the Jose Carlos Pace Racetrack in Sao Paolo. It will be joined by the two aforementioned concepts, which are not destined for production. Jeep Avenger Longitude (Brazilian spec)
