DARTZ Makes GTA’s Wildest SUV Real, and It Comes With a Fighter Jet Ejection SeatMotorBiscuitSaajan JogiaWed, September 9, 2026 at 12:30 PM UTCAdd us on GoogleA vehicle inspired by DARTZ's real-world vehicles and later brought to life as the fictional HVY Nightshark in GTA Online is now making its way back into the real world. Latvian luxury vehicle maker DARTZ is building a 1:1 drivable version of the HVY Nightshark for a private customer, complete with an interior designed to let its owner play the game from inside the vehicle. The centerpiece of the interior is a former fighter jet ejection seat mounted in the middle of the cabin, according to The Supercar Blog. It has been adapted for use in a road-going vehicle, so its original ejection function does not work. However, the aircraft-style frame, exposed mechanical components, and rails have been retained, giving the cabin a distinctly aviation-inspired appearance. A five-point harness with NIGHTSHARK lettering is also fitted to the seat.DARTZ has incorporated several other details inspired by the video game. The seatbelt buckle has been transformed into a physical metal weapon wheel, complete with positions representing different weapon types from GTA Online, Rockstar Intel reported. A DARTZ skull is mounted on the headrest, while gun-port details have been integrated into the surrounding cabin.Image Credit: igrandtheftauto.comAdvertisementAdvertisementRather than providing conventional rear seats, the SUV gives its sole passenger an immersive gaming setup. A large, low-latency display sits directly in front of the seat, with a current-generation gaming console hidden behind the interior trim. Satellite internet is also included, while a high-end audio system and Metaxas & Sins electrostatic headphones provide the audio. The cabin can be configured in three different modes. One maintains a luxurious, real-world atmosphere with ivory-colored materials and privacy glass. Another transforms the space into a neon-lit gaming chamber, while the third allows the main display to show live camera feeds from around the vehicle.DARTZ is also using animal-free materials for the interior after the customer specifically requested that no real animal skin be used. Leonard F. Yankelovich, founder of DARTZ, said:"The obvious solution for a million-dollar car is two massage seats in the back. But this is the Nightshark. It came from a game. So the customer wanted the whole world of the game inside it."AdvertisementAdvertisement"He knew our history and he knew we could go extreme with materials. But he was very clear: no real animal skin. Give me the luxury, the comfort and the drama, but do it without killing the animal.""And GTA is not just cars. That is why the throne comes from a fighter jet. That is why the buckle became a weapon wheel. And that is why the whole project comes down to one sentence: drive the Nightshark from inside the Nightshark."DARTZ has not revealed the customer's identity or the final exterior design. The completed vehicle is planned for an independent reveal in Miami during the week of GTA VI's currently scheduled November 19, 2026, launch.Image Credit: igrandtheftauto.com
