Wrangler America250 Calls Upon the First Avenger StellantisAs the country gears up for this year’s semiquincentennial festivities here in the United States, lots of companies are leaning into the vibe with celebratory products. Given that the Jeep brand has consistently been ranked as the “most patriotic” automaker over the course of the last 25 years, it’s no surprise that the fabled purveyor of American 4x4s have something special planned by way of the new 2026 Wrangler America250 edition. The Wrangler America250 Edition is the seventh release in the automaker’s "Twelve 4 Twelve" product blitz of a dozen Wrangler special editions in 12 months, with this one squarely targeted at the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence taking place this summer. As one would expect, this particular model features loads of red, white, and blue design elements throughout, but in all honesty, it is perhaps a bit more tasteful than it could have otherwise been.StellantisThe Bright White base coat is accented by bespoke Patriot graphics that themselves draw inspiration from vintage Jeep models of the 1970s. The special edition should also be easily identifiable by way of the blue-tinted Steel Oxide wheels, which bring just enough color without appearing gimmicky. The interior and soft top are also both finished in a blue hue inspired by denim, which looks rather slick while again harking back to the brand’s own past.Simply throwing stickers on the 4x4 wasn’t going to cut it for the scope of this year’s celebration, though. As such, Stellantis has teamed up with Marvel to license none other than Captain America's shield emblem for the spare tire cover, making it the second car I've written about in the last month with thematic links to an Avenger. Furthermore, owners will be treated to a special comic book complete with a cover featuring both Steve Rogers and this particular Jeep product, which is certainly one way to broaden the audience for this wheeler.Stellantis“The Jeep Wrangler America250 is built the Jeep way, rooted in Willys heritage, engineered for real-world capability and unapologetically proud of the freedom that the Jeep brand represents,” said Jeep CEO Bob Broderdorf. “Trail-proven from the factory floor, this special edition pairs bold American design with authentic off-road performance, celebrating Wrangler’s legacy as America turns 250.”AdvertisementAdvertisementThe Jeep Wrangler America250 Edition will arrive at dealerships later this summer. Customers should find a variety of different trims outfitted with the package, as the setup is only a $2095 upcharge on top of a comparably equipped model. You Might Also LikeIf You Can Only Own One Car, Make It One of TheseThese Are the Most Popular Cars by State
