(NewsNation) — Hyundai Motor Company is recalling more than 54,000 vehicles due to a fire risk, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced last week.The recall applies to certain 2024-2026 Hyundai Elantra hybrid vehicles because the hybrid power control unit can overheat under heavy electrical loads, increasing the risk of a fire.
