The goal is to drive the execution of its AI strategy and complete a critical transition from a mobile internet company to an AI-native enterprise.The company has recently posted a job listing for a "Chief AI Officer" on recruitment platforms. The role involves defining the AI strategy and technology roadmap, building core AI capabilities, and driving AI empowerment across the entire business chain.Notably, data from Qichacha shows that Cao Cao Zhixing Technology (Shanghai) was recently established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The legal representative is Chen Jia, and the business scope includes the development of AI basic and application software, as well as computer system services. Shareholding structure analysis reveals that the entity is wholly owned by Hangzhou Youxing Technology, an affiliate of Cao Cao Mobility.
