Now in its fifth generation, the 2026 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX sports-touring motorcycle is in Malaysia, and priced at RM71,400. Pricing does not include road tax, insurance and registration, and the Ninja 1100SX is available at all Kawasaki All-Star dealerships nationwide, initially with display and test ride units entering showrooms in stages. Power for the Ninja 1100SX does from a liquid-cooled, inline-four DOHC engine, displacing 1,099 cc, and delivering 134.1 hp at 9,000 rpm and 113 Nm of torque at 7,600 rpm. A six-speed gearbox equipped with quickshifter and Assist and Slipper clutch sends power to the rear wheel with chain final drive. For suspension, the Ninja 1100SX gets upside-down Showa forks in front, with 41 mm diameter stanchions, fully-adjustable, while the rear is held up with a monoshock coming with adjustable rebound damping and remote adjustment for preload. Twin 300 mm diameter discs with radial-mount four-piston callipers are mounted on the front wheel, with a single-piston calliper and 260 mm disc at the back, while two-channel ABS is standard equipment. Wheel sizing for the Ninja 1100SX is 17-inches front and rear, mounted with 120/70 front tyre and 190/50 rear. Riding information is displayed on a 4.3-inch TFT-LCD display, featuring voice command smartphone connectivity using Kawasaki’s Rideology app. Riding conveniences include an adjustable windshield, handlebar mounted USB-C charging port, riding and power modes, and LED lighting throughout, with electronic cruise control. Weight for the Ninja 1100 SX is listed at 234 kg, with 19-litres of fuel carried in the tank while seat height is set at 835 mm, and one colour option is offered – Emerald Blazed Green/Metallic Diablo Black.
