Here's Our First Good Look at Ford's New HypercarFordGood news: the Ford Hypercar is officially on the track. It might still be covered in camouflage, but these images released on Monday mark the first time Ford has shown the design of the new racer it intends to take endurance racing at Le Mans.This initial shakedown took place at Paul Ricard circuit, and drivers Matt Campbell, Mike Rockenfeller and Tom Blomqvist were all present. Ford says this first test (performed on August 5) was to move "methodically through a comprehensive program to activate and verify each control system."FordFord confirmed that everything is "fully functional and ready," which means the first at-speed track tests are a go.
