It is the brand’s first boxy body-on-frame off-roader with a peak power of around 1,000 hp. This vehicle will enter the domestic market this year with plans to launch in the UK and other foreign markets. The Geely Galaxy Cruiser 700 is known as Zhanjian 700 in China. It is a mass-produced version of the Galaxy Cruiser (Zhanjian) concept car released at the Shanghai Auto Show 2025. The new model finished cold-weather tests in Northern Europe. The photo shared by Sugar Design Weibo blogger shows the car’s rear end. It has a swing-out tailgate with a spare wheel mounted on it. It also has vertically aligned taillight units with three rectangular elements. Another feature of the car is a large bumper and independent rear suspension. The Geely Galaxy Cruiser 700 has wide fenders and wheel arches, blackened pillars, and large side-view mirrors. There is a rear-view camera sitting above the center stop light. It hints that the Galaxy Cruiser 700 adopts a streaming rear-view mirror to offset the lack of visibility due to a large spare wheel. Previously, the Geely Galaxy Cruiser 700 was revealed with official teaser images. It has a large front bumper, a high bonnet line, and blocky headlights joined by an LED strip. It boasts traditional door handles, a white roof, and a LiDAR sensor. Geely Galaxy Cruiser 700. It also has an electronic-mechanical rear differential lock that boosts the Cruiser 700’s off-road capabilities. More information on this car will be released closer to the launch date this year. The off-road SUV segment is rapidly developing in China. Therefore, it isn’t surprising that Geely aims to kick off sales of its own product in this niche. Based on China EV DataTracker, Geely Galaxy NEV brand handed over 62,933 cars domestically in April 2026, down 14.2% Year-Over-Year.
