Despite it being a beautiful summer day, there was a disappointing light turnout for the annual 1200 Car Club Car Show in Cold Spring. In the past, the show has seen plenty of vehicles roll into the Furniture Fair parking lot to take part and to help raise money for the Scottish Rite and the charity work that they do. This year, only about 20 cars and trucks came to the event. There is no real explanation for the sparse crowd but those vehicles that did show were worth seeing. Among them was a Chevrolet Corvair, a new Ford Mustang, a beautiful C2 Chevrolet Corvette, a Chevy Chevelle, a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air, and a first-generation Chevrolet Vette.
