With the subsidy applied, the entry-level EV3 ‘Air’ Standard Range with a 58.3 kWh battery is priced from £31,555, while the Long Range version with an 81.4 kWh battery starts at £34,555.The EV3 is the third Kia model to qualify for the scheme, joining the EV4 and Kia PV5 Passenger, which became eligible in December 2025. The variant also qualifies for the £1,500 grant and is available from £38,995 on-the-road. The model is equipped with an 81.4 kWh battery and a 201 bhp front-mounted electric motor. “Following the successful launch of the Kia EV4 last year, a new Special Edition model is being introduced,” the company said.The EV4 ‘Motion’ features include an eight-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, heated outer rear seats, surround-view monitor and driver seat with lumbar support. The variant is offered exclusively as a five-door hatchback and is manufactured at Kia’s Žilina plant in Slovakia.With the latest additions, Kia now offers three electric passenger models under the ECG scheme: EV3, EV4 and PV5 Passenger.
