Hennessey/PA Wire/dpaHennessey has revealed the world's most powerful manual hypercar with the Venom F5-M.Hennessey is an American hypercar company that has built up a reputation for making some of the most extreme and fastest cars on the planet, and the F5-M is its latest creation.It's powered by a 6.6-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 2,031bhp and will have a top speed of more than 321 km/h (200mph); however further performance figures have not been revealed at this stage.AdvertisementAdvertisementThe exterior has been designed to handle the 2,031bhp power output with a 55-inch dorsal fin that runs from the roof-mounted air intake to the rear of the vehicle. The integrated roof scoop feeds cool air into the engine bay and the carbon fibre tub chassis helps keep the weight to a minimum.Inside, the cockpit focuses around the six-speed manual gearbox which boasts an aluminium shift knob with a precision-milled six-speed gate. Carbon fibre is found on the steering column and centre console, while the console and air vents are gold-plated. Meanwhile, the steering wheel has a half-yolk design with integrated controls for the wipers, indicators and drive modes.Just 12 examples of the Hennessey Venom F5-M are expected to be made and will be priced from the equivalent of £1.9 million ($2.54 million or €2.22 million).
