For the 2027 model, Subaru looks to build on the momentum with the same $34,995 MSRP as the outgoing Uncharted. The Uncharted (which we got to take off-roading) is a smaller, sportier crossover SUV that sits below the Solterra in Subaru’s EV lineup. For the 2027 model, the Subaru Uncharted EV will be available in the same Premium FWD, Sport, and GT trims. Outside of the base Premium FWD trim, all other variants (Sport and GT) are equipped with Subaru’s signature dual-motor Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system, delivering a combined 338 hp. 2027 Subaru Uncharted EV (Source: Subaru) The Uncharted also features X-MODE Dual Mode, which adds extra control when AWD alone is not enough. When activated, X-MODE uses the same sensors as the AWD system, but adjusts different vehicle settings to improve traction and control. All versions are powered by the same 74.7-kWh battery, providing an estimated driving range of over 300 miles for the base 2027 Uncharted Premium FWD. While the Sport and GT trims gain an additional rear electric motor for more power, their estimated ranges drop to 287 and 273 miles, respectively. 2026 Subaru Uncharted (Source: Subaru) Like all new Subaru EVs in the US, the 2027 Uncharted uses a NACS port. With DC fast charging speeds of up to 150 kW and battery preconditioning, the electric SUV can recharge from 10% to 80% in as little as 28 minutes. All 2027 Uncharted models come with a 14″ central touchscreen infotainment screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 8.2″ of ground clearance, and Subaru’s EyeSight, offering ADAS features including Advanced Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Departure Alert. 2026 Subaru Uncharted interior (Source: Subaru) For those of you in colder climates, Subaru added an all-weather package to all Uncharted models, which includes heated front seats, heated exterior mirrors, and a windshield wiper de-icer.
