Today I'm wrapping up the All-Ford Car Show sponsored by the Tri-State Mustang Club. As always, feel free to let me know what you thought of this show by either leaving a comment (no ads, please, they only get deleted) or by dropping me a note at turnerbudds@yahoo.com. The show, which usually has a large turnout, was hampered by some on and off showers meaning just over 40 vehicles showed up. In fact, one of the showstoppers was a very rare GT40. This is the model car made famous in the film Ford v Ferrari, where the Detroit manufacturer teamed up with racing great Carroll Shelby to take down the Italians in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. If you look closely, you can see that this GT40 sports the rare Gurney Weslake engine, a Formula 1 racing powerplant. There were some other cars that braved the weather that day including a F100 Custom Cab, a Bronco, and a few Mustangs.
