Stellantis has fitted a Dodge Charger Daytona with a prototype solid-state battery from supplier Factorial.The Charger Daytona prototype kicks off a road-testing program, moving the potentially game-changing technology one step closer to appearing in production cars.Stellantis and Factorial say the battery has an energy density of 375 watt-hours per kilogram and can recharge from 15 to 90 percent in just 18 minutes.
