Image: Caruso Rivian is scaling up in Southern California with a big expansion of its Caruso partnership, adding two showrooms and lining up more than 150 fast chargers across some of LA’s busiest retail properties. The move builds on Rivian’s existing presence at The Grove in Los Angeles and The Americana at Brand in Glendale, and signals a broader strategy: put EV charging and brand experiences in high‑traffic, everyday destinations. More fast chargers at familiar stops Rivian says it will install over 150 DC fast chargers across Caruso’s portfolio as part of its Rivian Adventure Network. The chargers will be open to all EVs and powered by renewable energy. The rollout is expected to happen over the next year, spreading across Caruso properties in Southern California. The company has been building out its own DC fast-charging network focused on reliability and ease of use, and is increasingly placing sites where drivers already spend time. Two new Rivian showrooms Rivian is also opening two new showrooms in 2026. One will be at The Commons at Calabasas, and another will expand its presence at The Americana at Brand in Glendale. The spaces are designed more like galleries than traditional dealerships, with programming and private events planned throughout the year. That’s consistent with Rivian’s retail approach so far: less sales floor, more brand experience. Ride and drives The partnership also features year‑round ride‑and‑drive events across Caruso locations, including Los Angeles, Glendale, Calabasas, Marina del Rey, and Thousand Oaks. Rivian owners enrolled in Caruso Signature will continue to get free annual parking at Caruso properties. The automaker is also extending its presenting sponsorship of the annual Christmas tree lighting event at the Grove, now heading into its 25th year.
