Project Motor Racing Update 2.0.0.6 Available Today - Patch NotesProject Motor Racing update 2.0.0.6 is available today bringing another round of changes across handling, car setups, AI, replays, audio, UI and content. It also adds support for the GT Icons Pack, which arrives tomorrow, June 23. The update adds two setup options for cars that support them: third spring and brake duct adjustments. Those changes matter most for higher-end vehicles like LMDh cars, where keeping the car stable under aero load can make a big difference. Third spring settings give players another way to control the car’s platform without ruining mechanical grip, while brake duct tuning now matters more because brake temperatures can affect tire air temperature and pressure over a run. The GT Icons Pack brings nine cars from a rougher, louder era of sports-car racing, when big power, basic aero and mechanical grip carried the day. The pack covers three classes from the late 1960s and early 1970s with each one showing a different approach to speed from that period. New Career Mode events tied to the pack have also been added with the update. Drafting and slipstreaming have been reworked with the goal of making multiplayer races closer and more competitive. Players should see more consistent behavior in the draft, better balance in traffic and more chances to set up passes before the finish line. Check out the full patch notes below.
