Jifeng anticipates net profit for the period will reach 200 million yuan to 266 million yuan, jumping 305.42% to 438.97% year-on-year. That also marks a 52.22% to 102.36% rise from the first quarter.Excluding non-recurring items, first-half net profit is projected at 280 million yuan to 346 million yuan, up 48.50% to 83.50%. On one hand, passenger vehicle seat orders entered mass production, pushing first-half revenue past 4 billion yuan — double the figure from last year. Economies of scale and cost-reduction measures helped the unit swing to a profit from a year-earlier loss. On the other hand, subsidiary Grammer Aktiengesellschaft continued its global integration as planned. The rollout of TOP10 projects boosted profitability by more than 50% year-on-year.Jifeng noted that these figures are preliminary calculations by its finance department and have not yet been audited. Final results will be published in the official 2026 semi-annual report. The company added that it sees no material uncertainties that would significantly alter this forecast.
