In their own words: The mental health of our team members is a very important topic for our company. Our health and safety committee works to ensure there is education, information and materials on a number of topics including mental health. Our managers are equipped with materials on handling crisis situations including who to call for help and guidelines on how to have a conversation with a team member. They also have contact information for those in HR who are trained to assist. An aspect of mental health training is included in all training courses we do. This includes everything from orientation to our new leader training to our senior leader training. We also have team members throughout the company trained in mental health first aid.
