In their own words: Our dealership takes a proactive approach to hiring and retaining employees of different ethnicities and cultures. To ensure that we attract a diverse pool of candidates, we use a variety of recruitment methods, including posting job openings in places where underrepresented groups are likely to see them. We also ensure that our hiring process is fair and free from bias. Once we’ve hired a diverse workforce, we make sure to create an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued, respected and supported. We provide training on diversity and inclusion topics and we regularly review our policies and practices to ensure that they are equitable.
