It's a compact super sedan, the likes of which are rare these days.The RS3 carves through corners with aplomb. Its torque-vectoring all-wheel-drive system gives huge traction and grip, helping the car stay sharp and confident when pushed. Select RS Performance mode, and it becomes serious and circuit ready; switch to RS Torque Rear, and the car turns into a tail-happy tire-destroyer.Away from the track, the RS3 remains civilized enough for everyday use, not going so hardcore as to become unlivable. There are a few shortcomings, though.
