Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd. has marked a significant achievement for the first quarter of 2026 with the inauguration of its new Kuala Lumpur branch, the Mforce Service Centre and Operations Office. It also stands as the largest motorcycle service centre in Malaysia. The Mforce Kuala Lumpur facility is the largest motorcycle service centre in Malaysia by accounting for its total area spanning 77,000 square feet (7,153.5 square meters). It is specially designed to support high-volume maintenance capacity and enhance operational efficiency. The inauguration ceremony was officiated by Datuk Wee Hong, Chairman of the Malaysia Motorcycle & Scooter Dealers Association (MMSDA). Also in attendance was the senior management team of Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd., led by Dato’ Sri Tan Lean Heah, Managing Director, along with Asri Ahmad, Chief Operating Officer; Tang Hai Teik, Senior Sales Manager; Alex Lim Juinn Han, Sales Manager; and Woon Huey Li, Sales Manager. The event was further graced by the presence of Mforce’s global principal partner, Mr. Muhammad Zameer Bin Zahur Hussain, Chief Executive Officer of Petronas Lubricants Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., media representatives, Mforce Premium Outlet, Mforce distributors and stockists, business partners from credit institutions, invited guests, as well as the Mforce motorcycle community and clubs. Embracing a one-stop-centre concept, Mforce Kuala Lumpur offers a comprehensive range of facilities. These include the Mforce Gallery exhibition space, showcasing 16 display layouts of various brands under Mforce; a spacious and comfortable customer waiting area; CR Café; a restaurant; a parts centre; and a parts storage warehouse for the Mforce product range. This newest branch is also equipped with a RM1.5 million Motorcycle Inspection Test Bench, enabling comprehensive inspection of motorcycle safety and condition aspects, including brake systems, lighting, and body alignment, in line with industry standards. Other supporting amenities such as a prayer room, restrooms, customer waiting areas, and exhibition and sales spaces for LS2 and Mforce Oil products are also provided to create a more comprehensive customer experience. The total construction cost for this facility reached RM40 million, reflecting Mforce’s long-term commitment to strengthening its service network and after-sales support. The facility is expected to begin full operations in the near future. Coinciding with the launch, Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Chief Operating Officer, Asri Ahmad, also announced a proposal to establish the “Mforce Experience Club” program. This initiative aims to support Mforce motorcycle club activities and serve as a channel for disseminating information on the latest products and services. Online membership registration will open starting February 15, 2026. Mforce also announced a special lucky draw for all Mforce Experience Club members in conjunction with the Malaysia Bike Show 2026, to be held in May at MAEP, Serdang. Five units of various motorcycle models will be offered as prizes for lucky members.
