Gasgoo Munich- On June 8, the Yijing X9 — a flagship SUV born from a deep collaboration between Dongfeng Motor and Huawei — rolled off the trial production line at Dongfeng's Chengdu branch. The model comes standard with Huawei's Qiankun optical suite — comprising the HUAWEI XPIXEL million-pixel smart projection headlights, HUAWEI XSCENE in-car laser projection, and HUAWEI XHUD augmented reality head-up display.For intelligent driving, the model is equipped with Huawei's Qiankun ADS 5 system and the new HarmonySpace 6 cockpit. Standard features include an 896-line dual optical path image-grade LiDAR and Huawei's latest CAS 5.0 anti-collision system, enabling fully active predictive driving capabilities.Inside, an integrated AMS AI multimodal perception system precisely identifies occupant status and operational needs, improving the responsiveness of the intelligent interaction experience.Powertrain options include both extended-range and pure electric versions, with the extended-range variant featuring a CLTC comprehensive range exceeding 1,200 kilometers.To support the high-end manufacturing requirements of the Yijing X9, Dongfeng's Chengdu branch has upgraded its production lines for automation, digitalization, and flexibility. The facility now integrates AI visual inspection systems and industrial robot clusters, combining Dongfeng's manufacturing expertise with Huawei's quality management system to achieve dual-standard verification across the entire process — from component inspection to final assembly.
