Moving forward, the trio will collaborate to drive verification projects for industrial humanoids like the Cruzr Y1 and Walker S2 at South Korea's first automotive parts production line.As previously planned, AJIN Industrial is set to officially launch proof-of-concept (POC) projects for the Cruzr Y1 and Walker S2 at its Manufacturing Innovation Factory in August 2026, following the facility's opening in June.Around the same time, UBTECH signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation memorandum with a delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan. The agreement outlines deep collaboration across three core pillars: industrial implementation, research innovation, and education.Specifically, UBTECH will partner with the Kazakh government and local leader NERO Group to establish education and commercial robot assembly lines. Additionally, the company will work with Kazakhstan's top industrial and commercial firms to drive the large-scale deployment of humanoid robots across various scenarios.The partnership also calls for the creation of Central Asia's first humanoid robot R&D and data collection centers. This initiative aims to close the loop on "technology R&D, data training, and scenario verification" while collaborating with top Kazakh universities on breakthrough technologies.This string of overseas orders underscores UBTECH's expanding global footprint and serves as strong evidence that Chinese embodied intelligence technology is going global.For the first half of the year, UBTECH posted a high-growth interim report. Total revenue jumped 104.2% year-on-year to 1.27 billion yuan. Humanoid robot sales surged 268.3% to 16,123 units. Revenue from full-size embodied intelligence robots soared 1,445% to 590 million yuan, with sales climbing 1,946.7% to 921 units. The company is now pushing simultaneously across industrial, commercial, and consumer sectors.
