We'll Never See ItNow, to my knowledge, they don't do so in the US. But the mere fact that they do it anywhere is kind of a wild notion. Right now, there are three models currently on offer on Lidl's website for its Germany-market customers. All are 125s, so perfect for folks who are just starting out on two wheels. The house brand name for these bikes is PRIKE, and they appear to be rebadged Keeways.AdvertisementAdvertisementThere's the PRIKE PXS 125 Scrambler, which looks like a little retro-modern guy with a contrasting-color suede-look saddle. Then there's the PRIKE PXA Adventure, which offers a tiny beak under the headlight as its sole visible concession to 'adventure' styling. No, sorry, I take that back; there's also a teeny, tiny, angular little front wheel guard, as opposed to the more traditional (and larger) chrome one found on the Scrambler. In both cases, the front mudguards are down close to the wheel, not raised on either model.What's that, you'd prefer a scooter instead? Don't worry; there's the PRIKE XDV 125, which looks visually like a Honda ADV150/160 clone if ever I saw one (though of course, this is a 125, not a 150 or 160).What's the pricing like for this trio of two-wheeled terror? The PXS 125 Scrambler starts at € 2,869.99 (about US $3,265 at the time of writing). From there, the PXA Adventure bumps it up to € 2,999 (about US $3,412). Finally, up at the top of the price range is the XDV 125, which will run you € 3,424 (about US $3,896). These prices all include VAT but do not include shipping.
