The paultan.org Auto Car Expo (ACE) 2025, co-sponsored by Carro and Kärcher, was in full swing today at the Setia City Convention Centre (SCCC). The update also adds a direct tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) for real-time tyre inflation data as well as a motorised tyre inflator kit and a tonneau cover for the rear luggage compartment. Most importantly, the price of the EV was also adjusted, being lowered to RM125,000 from its offer price of RM149,000 at point of launch, making the large SUV great value. While it’s set to be locally assembled at the Stellantis plant in Gurun by the end of the year, this is just about the last chance to bag the C10 in fully-imported guise at this price, given that the CBU EV tax holiday is set to end on December 31. The Peugeot 408 is also on display at ACE 2025, where you’ll be able to get one for as low as RM120,000. That’s for the Allure, but there’s also a neat rebate for the GT, which is the example on show at the event hall. Whichever version you opt for, both come with the same 218 PS and 300 Nm 1.6 litre turbocharged four and an eight-speed auto transmission as well as up to a seven-year/200,000 km warranty.
