Peltier KIA Tyler expands with new location offering enhanced services and amenitiesCBS19Janese MashellUpdatedWed, September 16, 2026 at 3:41 AM UTCAdd us on GooglePeltier KIA Tyler moved to a new location, offering larger and better services for its customers and the people who work there. The dealership is now located off South Southwest Loop 323, neighboring the Peltier Nissan and Peltier Subaru dealerships.Caleb Smithee, the service director for Peltier KIA, said the new location is bigger than the one before."It's a lot bigger than the shop we had prior, so we're going to be able to take in a lot more customers and do a lot more work in this shop," Smithee said.AdvertisementAdvertisementThe bigger building comes with improved amenities for the technicians."This place is air-conditioned, heated, has built-in toolboxes for the technicians, brand new floors, brand new lifts, brand new equipment. Just brand new everything," Smithee said. "So, it's going to be a really, really awesome place to be."The technicians are not the only ones getting the improved amenities, but customers as well. The dealership will give them a tasty and comfortable experience while waiting for their vehicles."We're still working on getting our coffee bar and all that set up, but we still have our amenities: coffee, snacks, water. It's a very comfortable waiting area," said Smithee. "It's super nice. We've got a bunch of TVs in there to watch your favorite shows. It's a lot nicer than what we had before and a lot cleaner, and there are really cool things."AdvertisementAdvertisementAt the old location, many of the services were a distant "hike" from each other, but not with the new location."Whether you're here for sales, for service or anything, you're in the same spot," Smithee said. "It's a very nice spot to be. Very centralized."A free shuttle service will also be available to get a ride in Tyler, providing rides to work for customers who may have work before or after hours of the dealership while their vehicle is being serviced. If the customer returns from work during those hours, a pickup box has the car's keys safely secured and can be unlocked with the customer's phone number. With the upgrades and new developments, Smithee said Peltier KIA Tyler will be glad to serve the East Texas Community."If you're in the East Texas community, we're glad to be here and serve you," he said. "So, come on by. We're all friends here and love to serve you guys."
