Cao Cao Mobility explicitly stated in its annual report that it is fully accelerating its Robotaxi transition. The company has already deployed more than 100 autonomous vehicles and launched the world's first "Green Smart Mobility Island," while also forging a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office to advance its global expansion. In early June, Cao Cao Mobility was added to the Hang Seng TECH Index, sending its shares soaring more than 15% in a single session to close at 31 Hong Kong dollars. CICC (China International Capital Corporation) recently initiated coverage with a target price of 50 Hong Kong dollars and an "Outperform" rating, implying an upside potential of 53%. The market broadly attributes this revaluation to the company's deepening focus on Robotaxi and AI technologies.Amid intensifying competition in the ride-hailing sector and the accelerating commercialization of Robotaxis, Cao Cao Mobility is going all-in on AI to build a technical moat and differentiate itself. The roadmap is clear: hiring a Chief AI Officer, establishing a standalone AI division, and now forming a dedicated AI technology subsidiary.Whether Cao Cao Mobility can leverage AI to reshape the mobility experience and unlock new growth engines remains a key point to watch.
