These are known for their powerful V8 engines and straight-line speed, and all within an affordable price.In this slideshow we’ve got cars like the 1965 Pontiac GTO, which had a powerful 389-cubic-inch V8 engine capable of producing up to 360 horsepower. There’s also the 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle. It reached its peak with the SS 454 model, which was powered by a 454-cubic-inch V8 engine capable of producing up to 450 horsepower.
