Gasgoo Munich-on June 2, Jiujiang Tinci High-tech Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Tinci High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. (Tinci Materials), signed a supplementary agreement to its "Production Material Procurement Cooperation Agreement" with CORNEX.Under the agreement, which extends through December 31, 2030, Jiujiang Tinci will supply at least 1.01 million tons of electrolyte products to Chuang New Energy — up from a previously agreed minimum of 550,000 tons.
