Effective from 1 January 2023, the Land Cruiser 300 Series now starts at $92,681 before on-road costs for the entry-level GX variant.

The Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series is now much more expensive than before
Price rises have also come into effect for a range of other Toyota models, with the highest increases seen in the RAV4 (+$1500), Land Cruiser Prado (+$2000) and Camry (+$1500).
Toyota Australia sold the most cars of any brand in Australia during 2022, shifting 231,050 cars throughout the year.

If I order a Land Cruiser 300 Series now, when could I receive the vehicle?
Currently, the wait time for a Land Cruiser 300 Series in Australia is roughly 18 to 24 months, however Toyota Australia recommends contacting local dealerships to find out a more accurate time of arrival for your vehicle.
Toyota states on its main website that several factors are impacting deliveries of its new cars, including parts shortages, high demand and more expensive raw materials.

Are other Toyota vehicles also affected by long wait times?
Toyota Australia says it is experiencing extended wait times on many of its new vehicles, not just the Land Cruiser 300 Series.
The Toyota RAV4 midsize SUV, one of Australia’s most popular cars and the best-selling SUV in Australia, has wait times of up to 12 months depending on variant.
The Toyota Camry hybrid, meanwhile, is also seeing long wait times of up to 24 months depending on which variant is specified.
The Toyota RAV4 is also facing lengthy wait times
Toyota Australia’s vice president of sales, marketing and franchise, Sean Hanley, said in early January that Toyota was confident it could deliver more than 200,000 vehicles in 2023.
“We are extremely grateful – and humbled – to report that our order bank remains very strong due to the trust placed in our brand and our vehicle lineup by so many Australian companies and individuals,” Mr Hanley said.
“While it remains difficult to make predictions in this evolving supply situation, we can assure you that we will be working harder than ever.”
