This Altroz was carrying a Delhi registered number plate, so the accident happened somewhere around the Delhi region. The presenter said that the Altroz hatchback collided head-on with another vehicle on the highway. We cannot tell you what exactly caused the accident but It may have been overspeeding or a failed maneuver.
