We present to you a digitally designed XUV700 Pickup Truck created by NStreet Designs
The automotive industry in India has not been so keen as the American market, especially when it comes to pickup trucks. In the United States, there is a high demand for luxury pickups that are reliable and have the ability to haul. The reason is simply unknown, however, we assume that automakers fear that the Indian market is still fresh to the idea of producing luxury pickup trucks. This assumption has been made by looking at the sales figures presented by Isuzu and others automakers.
Whatsoever, there are many who prefer owning a truck rather than an SUV for its sheer ability to tackle any type of terrain, along with added practicality and hauling abilities of pickup trucks. Pickup trucks showcase a muscular appeal that most people in society prefer, if not, at least a few enthusiasts in the country.
Nevertheless, today we have the popular XUV700 from Mahindra that has been designed digitally by “NStreet Designs” to take the form of a humungous pickup truck, simply to please the automotive and trucking enthusiasts in the country.
Without taking much of your time, let us get right to the details:
XUV700 Pickup Truck Highlights:
Towards the side, it has retractable side steps and humongous high profile tyres that are off-road focused
The overall design of this pickup truck looks robust and muscular from every angle. The XUV700 pickup gets a front grille with chrome elements which seems to be carried on from the original stock version of the SUV. The C-shaped LED DRL’s integrated into the headlamps gives the vehicle an aggressive stance. The silver skid plate and underbelly protection guard surely could enhance off-road capabilities.
Apart from these, the vehicle also gets bigger, high-profile tyres that are off-road-oriented and is fitted with a raised suspension setup for an enhanced off-roading experience since it would facilitate better ground clearance. Towards the roof, the designers have added an LED light bar and career for accommodating extra luggage.
As for the rear end, the designer has inculcated minimal components to avoid blingy characteristics. At the rear, the XUV700 houses a skid plate that is robust. Although it gets LED taillamps, they are the type that can be commonly seen on older pickup trucks. The bed is spacious and has two big tyres mounted just in case you have a bad day while driving through a tough trail in the wild
Conclusion
The vehicle seems to have a unique appeal that would have been great if this iteration would have made it to the production line. However, the designer has done a marvelous job in coming up with a unique XUV700 design.
