An enthusiast's paradise come to life.
If you’re like us, you dream of waking up, hopping into your car, and throwing massive slides and big burnouts right in your front yard. For most, it’s a ridiculous fantasy quelled by a lack of real estate and angry neighbors. For those with enough cash to burn, it can be reality.
Welcome to Little Talladega, otherwise known as the Drift Mansion. It’s a 8700-square foot bed & breakfast located in rural Missouri built to house up to 20 people. Designed as a gearhead’s paradise, it’s perfect for birthday parties, bachelor parties, company getaways, or just a fun weekend with your like-minded friends. In addition to the 1/4-mile pavement track surrounding the building, there’s also a 1/8th-mile dirt track, an arcade, a pool, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a stocked fishing pond on site.
There’s a full staff on standby to give you access to go-karts, ATVs, and a slew of off-roading trails on the property. You can even bring your own cars if you want to take full advantage of the closed course, but it’ll cost you extra.
Inside the house is mostly normal until you get to the bedrooms. The main suite is clad in full Bald Eagle-American flag garb, and painted red, white, and blue. Downstairs there are bedrooms dedicated to Dale Earnhardt and Ricky Bobby, while on the second floor you’ll find Skyline GT-R- and Nissan 300ZX-themed beds.
If you want to book a stay of your own, it’ll cost you. The Drift Mansion has a minimum of two-nights stay, starting at $2500 a night. That price only goes up once you add nights or decide to bring your own cars. For a big group, though, it sounds like a blast.
