Full steam ahead as Suzuki continues to experience increases in sales as their dealer network is bolstered.

The Suzuki dealer network has performed exceptionally well this year. The first two months of 2023 have seen a bewildering increase in total vehicles sold compared to the same period last year. For January 2023, the firm recorded a total of 4 362 vehicles sold which is more than 35% of the total number of vehicles sold in January 2022. Suzuki recorded a total of 4 309 vehicles sold in February which represents a 33% increase compared to stats recorded in February 2022.
Of the previous year’s best-selling passenger cars, many of these segment readers were Suzuki badged models. The Swift and Baleno were highlighted as the brand’s most popular offerings. In February 2023, a total of 1 367 Suzuki Swift models were sold by the firm’s dealers, while the Baleno model saw a total of 655 units sold. Suzuki’s multi-tool offering — the Jimmy — saw a total of 129 examples sold, while the Celerio nearly equalled that figure (127 units sold).

Despite having a relatively small dealer network, Suzuki’s dealer network managed to break the dealer record. NAAMSA highlighted that the Suzuki dealer network sold 3 401 units in February. This achievement propels the firm’s network to the upper echelons of the dealer network leaderboard.
