Following hot on the heels of the charming little Fiat Topolino, a miniature electric car, Fiat has now released the new Fiat 600e which offers a more realistic daily driving experience teamed with a lot more space and usable range.

The New Fiat 600e combines the best of Italian style and functionality. With a length of 4.17 meters, it comfortably accommodates up to five passengers. Its sleek design is complemented by ample front storage space, making it an ideal choice for families on the go.
When you step inside the New Fiat 600e, the brand wants you to experience true Italian luxury. The cabin boasts ‘colour therapy’, with eight colours to choose from. With highly customisable options, you can create your perfect driving ambience.

Powered by a 54 kWh lithium-ion battery, the New Fiat 600e offers an impressive electric range of over 400 km in combined driving conditions and more than 600 km in urban areas – but for now we’ll take this with a pinch of salt, as manufacturers rarely get the real-life range exactly right. The brand says you can confidently rely on the new 600e for your daily commute and weekend adventures.
How quickly does it charge?
Charging the New Fiat 600e is supposedly a breeze with its 100-kW fast charger system. It allows customers to charge the battery to 80% in less than 30 minutes (yet again, manufacturer’s figures – the true test of the pudding is in the driving, in this instance.) Additionally, the car comes with an 11 kW On Board Charger and a Mode 3 cable for convenient home or public charging, ensuring a full charge in under six hours, says Fiat.
How does it perform?
The Fiat 600e delivers a reasonably dynamic performance with its 115 kW engine, with a 0 to 100 km/h sprint time in a decent 9.0 seconds. To suit individual preferences, the 600e offers three driving modes – eco, normal, and sport.
