After an entire day of shopping and having fun, what better feeling is there than plopping your head down on a fluffy pillow? This mGuide will address your lodging concerns in Johor!
1. Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel

The first hotel is the Renaissance hotel, and while its name might remind you of the 14th-century, the hotel is anything but old-fashioned. As you can see from the picture above, the room has a cosy and relatively spacious look. It also has an amazing view for the higher levels!

The hotel also has amenities and services such as swimming pools and a gym, and has restaurants too! We’d only expect the best from Marriott hotels.

2. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

Doubletree by Hilton is another well-known branch of hotels and the one in Johor does not disappoint. Their rooms carry a warm orangey glow, which feels very inviting. Doubletree also takes pride in its cleanliness and has taken many precautions to ensure that.

There is also a swimming pool and gym, just like many other hotels. There are buffets too, which many of us have probably not had in years due to COVID-19.

3. Thistle

Views can be an important part of choosing a room. When the sun rises and you open the blinds, an amazing view would be ideal. With Thistle, you are given 2 choices: a city view or a sea view. The rooms also have a blue-ish hue, which is reminiscent of a resort.

Amenities include swimming pools, a gym, and even a sauna and spa and tennis courts as well! Very well rounded if we do say so ourselves!

4. Amari Johor Bahru

Amari’s accommodation rooms don’t exactly stand out in any way, but don’t let that dissuade you! In this case, it is just your standard room, albeit its spaciousness. The floral designs behind the headboard also adds a nice touch to the room.

Amenities include the usual, but with additions like lounges and a social room where you can mingle with your fellow hotel-goers! There is also a buffet, so food is not an issue!

5. LEGOLAND Malaysia Hotel

This entry needs no introduction. If you have a young child, chances are that you have been bugged to take them to LEGOLAND, and for good reason as well. The themed park is a literal wonderland for children, and the park’s hotel proves itself as well. It has many themed hotels, like the pirate one shown above or adventure and even Ninjago-themed hotels!
As for amenities, you can just visit the LEGOLAND theme park for an all-around day of fun, and they also have many different activities too!

6. Capri by Fraser

The rooms that Capri by Fraser provides give us a homely vibe, although we can’t really find the words to describe it. It also exudes a studio feel, so if a different style of room fits your preferences this is the hotel for you.

Their swimming pool also has comfortable chairs for the non-swimmers to relax and suntan, or for parents to watch their children.

7. Grand Paragon Hotel

For the last entry, we have the Grand Paragon Hotel. It gives patrons much-needed space, as some other hotel rooms can feel stuffy and small, and Grand Paragon Hotel offers just that.

For their swimming situation, although not exactly an infinity pool, the swimming situation is still pretty good, and the elevated height of the pool makes for a great view over the buildings and such.
