That being said, the top trim for this Alfa Romeo sports sedan is so different than the others that Car and Driver reviewed it separately.
Those three trims of the Giulia all have the same 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder, which gets 280 horsepower and 306 lb-ft of torque. The top trim of the Giulia, the Quadrifoglio trim, receives a much more powerful engine and other features. As such, the Quadrifoglio starts at almost $81,000, which means that it’ll cost $36,000 more than the standard Giulia.

One of the big upgrades that the Quadrifoglio trim provides to the Alfa Romeo Giulia is a bigger and more powerful engine. It’s a 2.9-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that gets 505 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque, according to Car and Driver. That means that the Quadrifoglio model gets a 225-hp upgrade over the standard Giulia. As a result, the Giulia Quadrifoglio has much better performance characteristics than the standard Giulia does.
The standard Giulia takes about 5.5 seconds to go from 0 to 60 mph, but the Giulia Quadrifoglio takes 3.6 seconds. This allows the Alfa Romeo sports sedan to do well on the track, but it also handles well in terms of daily driving. According to Alfa Romeo, the top trim for the Giulia also adds some interior upgrades, such as carbon fiber to the steering wheel.
Alfa Romeo also gave the Giulia Quadrifoglio some infotainment upgrades. Instead of having eight speakers, the top trim of this Alfa Romeo car will get 15 speakers instead. Additionally, while the Quadrifoglio will still have the same 8.8-inch touch screen display that the regular Giulia trims get, the Quadrifoglio will get two LCD monitors instead of one.

Since it’s a luxury car, Alfa Romeo offers many options on the Quadrifoglio, though all-wheel drive isn’t one of those options. Your choice of a paint job can be one of the most expensive options, as a red paint job will cost $330, but drivers can get a Montreal Tri-Coat Green paint job that’ll cost $2,200 instead. Another expensive option is an exposed carbon-fiber roof, which will cost $2,000.
Drivers looking to take their Alfa Romeo onto the track may want to consider getting race seats for their Giulia, but this won’t be cheap. It’ll cost $3,500 to get those race seats. In terms of safety packages, Alfa Romeo offers the Active Assist Plus Package, which costs about $1,600. This tech package will add features like driver attention alert, blind-spot warning, a highway assist system, and more.
