This Reventón, 13 of 20 produced, has only been driven 68 miles since new. Now it's for sale.
RM Sotheby’sEven among the most special exotics from Italy, the Reventón holds a special place in our hearts. Its jet-fighter looks and ultra-limited production run means its rarer than virtually every other Lamborghini out there. Mix in the V-12 soundtrack and awesome interior, and you’ve got yourself a peerless supercar. This one’s virtually new, and it’s coming up for sale in Germany in November.
This Reventón is the 13th out of 20 coupes produced, sold new to its first and only owner in Germany. They didn’t drive it much in the 14 years following, as the odometer reads just 110 kilometers (roughly 68 miles). As such, the car looks virtually new, and presents itself without any flaws.
The Reventón is a sort of in-between model between the Murciélago and the Aventador. It uses the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V-12 from the Murci, rated at an incredible 641 hp. It was enough to get the car from 0-62 in just 3.4 seconds, onto a top speed of 211 mph. Its looks are inspired by the F-22 fighter jet, while the digital gauge cluster—perhaps the coolest part of the car—also take inspiration from the cockpit of a fighter plane.
RM Sotheby’s plans to auction this Reventón during its Motorworld München event happening on November 26. It doesn’t list a sale range estimate, though we can expect this car to sell for a whole lot of money considering its newness and rarity.
