The Hap Seng Star Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Setia Alam has a new address, and a new look. Hap Seng’s latest Mercedes-Benz outlet features new enhancements and upgrades that personifies the luxurious experience for customers, and showcases the brand’s commitment to lead in luxury retail experience while strengthening its customer centric efforts.
The Hap Seng Group had invested some RM99 million into this new enhanced outlet that is sited on 79,000 sq ft of land and is 7 storeys tall. The showroom floor is over 11,526 sq ft and can house 16 display cars. It also features new amenities such a self-service café, a kid’s playroom and a luxurious ladies powder room for an exclusive and comfortable experience. The lifestyle retail experience includes a Mercedes-Benz luxury accessories and collection boutique that caters to a wide range of tastes with its variety of collectables and products.
Hap Seng Star has also increased its services capacity in this Autohaus, with a work area spanning over 29,549 sq ft. It can service up to 1,500 vehicles a month and has future-proofed this outlet with expandable work bays to increase capacity when the time comes. All scheduled service maintenance and major repairs are carried out by trained technicians equipped with complete and approved special tools from Mercedes-Benz. Other service differentiation offerings include Express Service 2.0, pick-up and delivery, drop-and-go service booking, wheel alignment and balancing, electrical diagnosis and repairs, paint coating, glass tinting along with insurance and warranty claims. This Hap Seng Star is run as a one-stop centre for the customer’s convenience. All you need to do is drive your car here and the personnel will take care of the necessary. The Autohaus is managed by 29 trained personnel.

The Hap Seng Group has invested a total of RM673 million to-date (including the RM99 mil into this new Setia Alam Autohaus). It currently has Autohaus in 10 locations i.e. Kuala Lumpur, Kinrara, Balakong, Jalan Ipoh, Bukit Tinggi, Setia Alam, Melaka, and Iskandar Johor in Peninsular Malaysia; and in Kuching and Kota Kinabalu in East Malaysia. Hap Seng Group also operates a standalone Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-owned Centre in Kinrara as well as a standalone Body & Paint centre in Shah Alam.
