Parking Apps in Malaysia
In Kuala Lumpur, DBKL have removed the street parking machine services completely so you can no longer pay the street parking fees at payment machines. So to help you avoid getting a parking summon (from forgetting to pay for it), here are some parking apps that support DBKL’s parking payment.
Note: The time that DBKL requires you to pay for street parking is Monday – Saturday, 7.30am – 6pm, except on a Public Holiday.
Flexi Parking
Flexi Parking is an app that was actually created to save the environment by reducing the usage of paper. Other than the hourly street parking payments, Flexi Parking also offers monthly pass purchases, parking compound (summons) payments, as well as paying for gated parking facilities (off-street parking by using QR codes and license plate recognition. You can reload your Flexi Parking account using FPX, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), Boost, Touch ‘n Go eWallet and GrabPay. The amount can be RM10, RM20, RM50, RM100 or RM200.
Flexi Parking can also be used at these Majlis Perbandaran and Majlis Bandara locations:
- Selangor: Ampang Jaya (MPAJ),Kajang (MPKj), Petaling Jaya (MBPJ), Subang Jaya (MBSJ), Shah Alam (MBSA), Selayang (MPS), Sepang (MPSepang), Kuala Selangor (MDKS) & Klang (MPK).

Wilayah Parking
Wilayah Parking is created by the same developers as Flexi Parking and has all the same functions and the same app integration as it. If you already have an existing account under Flexi Parking App, you can use that account to login into Wilayah Parking app so you can choose to download either one and benefit from the whole integrated system.

JomParking
JomParking was exclusively created to save time and pay parking on the go. All you have to do is create an account and buy tokens to pay your parking fee. The token is priced at RM1 each and you can buy 1000 tokens (RM10), 3000 tokens (RM30), 5000 tokens (RM50) & 10000 tokens (RM100). The app accepts payment through online banking, credit/debit card, Boost & GrabPay.
Besides using JomParking for DBKL, you can also use this app to pay at these Majlis Perbandaran and Majlis Bandaraya locations:
- Selangor: Selayang (MPS)
- Sabah: Tawau (MPT)
- Negeri Sembilan: Seremban (MBS)
- Kelantan: Tanah Merah (MDTM)
MCash
MCash is the very first e-wallets in Malaysia that paved the way for all the other popular e-wallets that we are familiar with today. It can be used to make street parking payments and can be reloaded via Online Banking, Credit Card, Merchant/Agent, E-Pay Voucher Digi & at any KK Super Mart. The amount can be RM25, RM50, RM100, RM150 or RM200.
MCash can also be used at these Majlis Perbandaran and Majlis Bandaraya locations::

EZ Smart Park
EZ Smart Park app is pretty new as it was only released on 29th of September 2021. This app can be used to pay street parking fees and can be reloaded via FPX, UnionPay Credit Card, Boost, Touch ‘n Go & MCash. The amount can be RM10, RM30, RM50 & RM100.
Currently this app can only be used to pay DBKL’s parking fee.
Park@Perak
Park@Perak is a mobile application for drivers in Perak to enjoy an extra option to pay their parking fee even as parking coupons are still being used. Currently, this app can be reloaded via FPX or Online Banking only and the amount can be RM10, RM20, RM50 and RM100. If you are in Perak, you do not have to run to your car when your physical coupon’s time limit is over to scratch another one as everything can be done at the tip of your finger.
Penang Smart Parking
The Penang Smart Parking app is not only an app to pay your parking fee, but this app is also used to locate unoccupied parking lots all around Penang. You can even register multiple vehicles under a singular account which means paying the parking fee for your loved ones. Currently this app can be reloaded via Credit/Debit Card, online banking and various e-wallets like Boost and Grab Pay. You can top up any amount up to RM5000.
