In an effort to introduce a compact mobility solution, Fiat has introduced the Topolino, one of the smallest EVs we've ever seen!
Fiat recently announced the Topolino, a new electric car that the brand claims is a great solution for urban mobility. The Topolino is just 2.53 meters long and has a top speed of 45 km/h. It features a 5.4 kWh battery and an operating range of up to 75 km with a charging time of less than four hours. There are two body opens, a so-called “closed” Topolino and the “open” Topolino Dolcevita with the former not having traditional doors. We don’t envision the Dolcevita variant being feasible locally considering the high rate of vehicle-related crimes in South Africa!
The Topolino can be personalised, with the closed version being available with wooden effect stickers on the doors, and the open version offers roof stickers resembling summer tents. Both versions come equipped with the Dolcevita Box, a fabric band for storing personal items, and chrome effect mirrors. Additional optional accessories include a rack bag, USB fan, Bluetooth speaker, thermal water bottle, and convertible seat covers/beach towels. There is no word on a local introduction of the Topolinio.
