Since then, Genesis has revealed a lush cabin, shown the car in a fetching green hue, and revealed a Magma GT3 race car concept. What we hadn't seen yet was the Magma GT moving at speed, but now, thanks to the NM2255 | Raw Car Sounds YouTube channel, we can get our first glimpse of how the Magma GT looks speeding down a road.The footage comes from the Tutto Benne Hillclimb in Mottarone, Italy, and the Magma GT appears at the start of the course at 8:38. The conditions seemed a bit on the slippery side, with spectators holding umbrellas and the car dappled in raindrops. The driver certainly wasn't pushing the limits of the Magma GT, and we don't blame them for not risking a priceless concept car, but the footage still shows the Magma GT moving at a decent clip.AdvertisementAdvertisementAfter a bit of wheelspin at the line, the Magma GT roars away and gives us another dose of that V-8 engine. While Genesis hasn't revealed many technical details about the Magma GT, the engine is believed to be twin-turbocharged and possibly producing as much as 800 horsepower.GenesisWhile Genesis hasn't confirmed that the Magma GT is entering production, we are almost certain that a production car will arrive by 2030. Genesis has said in the past that it doesn't just build show cars for the sake of it, and it's uncommon to see automakers build a concept car that runs and drives as well as the Magma GT does. Genesis has strongly hinted at production plans, and even suggested that the Magma GT could spawn convertible and track-focused variants. Genesis also indicated that it wants to enter the GT3 category in endurance racing alongside its GMR-001 prototype racer, something the Magma GT3 concept only reinforced.Aside from the Magma GT, the rest of the video is also worth checking out. Genesis also brought the X Skorpio concept, a wild off-roader that looks perfectly suited for the Dakar Rally, which spends much of the video getting sideways. Oilstainlab also arrived with the Half11 prototype, a crazy supercar that looks like a smushed Porsche 911 and will spawn a production version called HF-11.Other appearances include a BMW M3 Touring that was turned into a race car, the new Bertone Runabout, a screaming Ferrari Monza SP2 that drifts its way up the course, a Mercedes-Benz SLR Stirling Moss, and a Bugatti Divo.
