Gasgoo Munich- Dongfeng Motor's premium new energy vehicle brand VOYAH opened its largest-ever flagship center in China on August 3, adding a major retail, delivery and after-sales hub alongside its manufacturing base in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone.Image source: VOYAHKnown as the Wuhan Golden Factory Flagship Center, the facility occupies more than 30,000 square meters. Its design combines elements of traditional Chinese gardens with digital displays and other technology-focused features. According to VOYAH, the project received a gold award in a global architectural design competition in 2025.The center's location next to VOYAH's smart factory enables newly assembled vehicles to travel directly to the customer delivery area through a dedicated route. The arrangement shortens the distance between production and handover, turning the site into an integrated factory-to-customer operation. The facility has 21 delivery bays and is designed to hand over as many as 100 vehicles per day. VOYAH marked its opening by delivering 100 vehicles to local customers in a single ceremony.Beyond conventional vehicle sales, the center combines model displays, customization services, brand exhibitions, maintenance facilities and high-power charging. VOYAH is positioning it as a full-lifecycle service location covering vehicle selection, purchase, delivery and long-term ownership. Its after-sales section includes 103 service bays and has a claimed maximum capacity of 350 maintenance and repair appointments per day. A digital service-management system connects workshop operations with vehicle production and customer delivery data.VOYAH has also opened parts of the facility to the wider public under an initiative called the "VOYAH Jiangcheng Living Room." Wuhan residents can use designated areas for reading, working, relaxing and social activities without purchasing a vehicle. The initiative reflects a wider shift among Chinese automakers toward treating flagship stores as community and brand-experience spaces, rather than limiting them to vehicle transactions and after-sales work.VOYAH's product portfolio now spans SUVs, MPVs and sedans. The five-seat Titan X8 SUV features a three-chamber air suspension system, while the Passion S uses an aluminum-intensive suspension setup with electronically controlled damping.Despite being described in the source text as a sports sedan, the Passion S is positioned by VOYAH as a performance-oriented crossover, or "FUV." Pre-sales began on July 24, with a starting price of RMB 309,900. VOYAH reported 10,347 units of orders in the first hour, although it has not disclosed whether that figure represents refundable reservations or binding purchases. The model is scheduled to launch on August 15.VOYAH said it currently operates 495 directly managed stores and has 721 sales touchpoints across 180 Chinese cities, including 51 key urban markets. Its cumulative global customer base has surpassed 400,000.
