Image Credit: Eddie Hall The Beast / YouTube.Eddie Hall has a transportation problem that most of us will never encounter: his tank needs towing. The 2017 World's Strongest Man has been paying other people to haul it to events around the UK, so he decided it was time to get a tow vehicle of his own.His solution is suitably enormous. Hall bought a 2024 Ram 3500 Longhorn with a 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel, giving him the heavy-duty hardware needed to start hauling some of his collection himself.Buying one of America's biggest pickups wasn't quite enough for the man nicknamed "The Beast." Hall promptly sent the Ram off for an extensive transformation involving adjustable suspension, 40-inch tires, huge exhaust stacks, a heavily customized interior, and plenty of red detailing.Hall documented the project on his YouTube channel, explaining that transporting his tanks to shows and other events was one of the main reasons for buying the truck. With a gooseneck hitch now installed in the bed, Hall says the setup is capable of towing up to 40,000 pounds.A Ram 3500 Was Apparently Not Impressive EnoughImage Credit: Eddie Hall The Beast / YouTube.Hall's Ram started life with a 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel producing around 420 horsepower. That's plenty for most people, but the truck was soon handed over for an extensive makeover. Its new suspension incorporates airbags and a four-link rear setup, allowing Hall to dramatically raise and lower the truck at the touch of a button. Huge 24-inch wheels wrapped in 40-inch tires ensure it doesn't exactly blend into British traffic when fully raised. The exterior also gained custom bumpers, a massive winch, wider arches, extensive red detailing, and enormous exhaust stacks. Hall later fitted a 25,000-pound-rated winch and red underbody lighting for an appropriately over-the-top finishing touch.Driving it in Britain presents some predictable challenges. At more than seven meters long, Hall demonstrated that the Ram occupies roughly two parking spaces lengthwise and described its turning circle as being like a double-decker bus.It Even Has A PlayStation 5Image Credit: Eddie Hall The Beast / YouTube. The interior received similarly restrained modifications—which is to say, none of them are restrained... at all! There's custom black and red upholstery, snakeskin-style trim, Beast branding, and a World's Strongest Man logo incorporated into the illuminated headliner.Hall also had two rear entertainment screens installed alongside Wi-Fi and a PlayStation 5 for his children. An upgraded sound system ensures the Cummins isn't responsible for all the noise.Hall was particularly impressed by the sheer amount of space inside, comparing the Ram to the beloved La-Z-Boy recliner his wife once made him get rid of. At 6-foot-3 and roughly 350 pounds, he finally has a vehicle that makes him look relatively normal-sized.1,200 HP Could Be NextImage Credit: Eddie Hall The Beast / YouTube. The Cummins has already received breathing upgrades and a remap, with the builders estimating it now produces around 500 horsepower. Hall, naturally, isn't planning to stop there. After speaking with diesel specialists, he says he's exploring a build targeting approximately 1,200 horsepower and potentially a 10-second quarter-mile. He hinted that the necessary parts may already have been ordered, although that power upgrade hasn't happened yet.For now, Hall has accomplished his original goal of building a gigantic Ram capable of hauling his tank and mobile Beast merchandise setup around the country. Most people buy a heavy-duty pickup to tow a boat, camper, or horse trailer. When you've deadlifted 500 kilograms, apparently the logical next step is owning a truck that can tow your tank.If you want more stories like this, follow Guessing Headlights on Yahoo so you don't miss what's coming next.
