AUDI E7X launch price In terms of positioning, the E7X is no longer designed around Audi’s traditional combustion-engine SUV philosophy. Instead, it is a midsize-to-large pure electric SUV built specifically for the demands of China’s NEV market. The exterior continues the design language introduced on the earlier E5 Sportback. Both the front and rear adopt full-width light bars, paired with illuminated “AUDI” lettering, creating a clear distinction from Audi’s traditional four-ring branding. The E7X measures 5,049 mm in length, 1,997 mm in width, and 1,710 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,060 mm. For infotainment, the E7X is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8295 cockpit chip and runs the AUDIOS operating system, supporting the AUDI Assistant smart voice assistant. Advanced driver assistance is one of the vehicle’s key selling points. The E7X adopts Momenta’s reinforcement learning large-model driving system, making it one of the first L3 autonomous driving models jointly developed by Audi and Momenta. The AUDI sub-brand itself is part of Audi’s broader China strategy adjustment. In 2024, SAIC and Audi further deepened cooperation and jointly developed the ADP intelligent digital platform. In November, the AUDI brand was officially unveiled. AUDI E7X rear view Compared with traditional Audi products, AUDI places greater emphasis on intelligent technologies, local R&D, and China-specific market demand. However, market performance remains at an early stage. Following the launch of the first model, the E5 Sportback, last year, monthly sales have remained below 2,000 units on average. According to the company’s roadmap, AUDI plans to launch an executive-oriented C-segment sedan next year, followed by a second-generation large six-seat SUV based on its next platform.
