As of 8:00 PM on July 7, the disaster has affected 375,000 people across 63 counties in 14 prefecture-level cities, forcing the emergency relocation of 130,000 residents. Across the region, 60 monitoring stations on 47 rivers—including the Yujiang, Xunjiang, Qianjiang, and Xijiang—remain above warning levels.
