The video shows another mechanic pushing back and forth on one of the front wheels, which moves noticeably with each push, showing that it's not securely attached as it should be. "Somehow, they didn't notice this or feel this," Dave says. "And if you don't know, that isn't supposed to do that. That should be solid."
