When you weigh 350 pounds, stand 6'3″, and hold the title of a former World's Strongest Man, standard commuter vehicles simply aren't going to cut it. Eddie "The Beast" Hall has always lived supersized, but his latest automotive purchase might be his most outrageous flex yet.To solve a rather unique logistical problem—transporting his personal military tanks around the United Kingdom for events—Hall recently purchased a 2024 Dodge RAM 3500 Longhorn Edition. However, a stock heavy-duty truck just wasn't aggressive enough for the Beast brand."Since I was a little boy, I've always wanted a monster truck. You know, huge cab, huge wheels, 10ft off the ground and an engine big enough to pull over Big Ben," Hall laughed at the start of his latest YouTube video.Building the BeastTo transform the 7-meter-long pickup into the "biggest and baddest truck in Europe," Hall enlisted the help of Mad Dog Customs (formerly Dirty Unicorn) to completely overhaul the vehicle. The build sheet reads like an adolescent gearhead's wildest dream. The team ripped out the factory suspension and installed a live-adapting Kelderman air-ride system, lifting the truck five inches and allowing it to raise or drop dramatically at the push of a button. They stuffed massive 24-inch custom Fuel Forged wheels wrapped in 40-inch tires under the newly widened arches. But the most absurd upgrades happened inside the cabin. To keep his kids entertained on long hauls, Hall had a PlayStation 5 installed in the back, hooked up to two independent touchscreen monitors built into the headrests, complete with the truck's own dedicated Wi-Fi router.Looking up, the ceiling features a custom Rolls-Royce-style starlight headliner, meticulously programmed to display Hall's "World's Strongest Man" logo in LED lights. To finish the exterior, the truck was wrapped in a matte black and red "Beast" livery, fitted with a 25,000-pound winch, and equipped with massive dual 4-inch stainless steel exhaust stacks protruding directly out of the truck bed.The UK Parking NightmareWhile the truck currently sits at around 500 horsepower, Hall admitted he has already ordered parts from Dirty Diesel Customs to push the 6.7L Cummins engine to a staggering 1,200 horsepower—capable of running a 10-second quarter mile. But raw power can't solve the geographic reality of driving an American behemoth on narrow British roads.During a shakedown run in his local town, Hall quickly realized the logistical nightmare of navigating a 7-meter truck. "The turning circle on this thing is pretty atrocious, I must be honest. It's got the turning circle of a double-decker bus," Hall noted as he navigated through a tight neighborhood. When attempting to park at a local supermarket, the truck's massive frame completely swallowed the designated spot, with the front bumper hanging deeply into the spot in front of it. "So parking this has got to be pretty tough day-to-day life," Hall laughed, comparing it to a tiny Volkswagen parked nearby.Firing Shots at Brian ShawDespite the parking hurdles, Hall couldn't be happier with the final result. In classic strongman fashion, he used the reveal of his dream truck to fire a playful shot at his longtime rival and fellow World's Strongest Man, Brian Shaw."I remember Brian Shaw saying on his video when he got a new truck, 'this is the truck that Eddie Hall wishes he had,'" Hall recalled, standing proudly next to his monstrous new RAM.Leaning into the camera, Hall delivered the final blow: "Well, Brian Shaw, this is the truck you wish you had, you peasant".
